LalaZodiac: AI Video Creator

LalaZodiac is looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video Creator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can harness the latest generative AI tools to produce high-quality video content at scale.

In this role, you will be the one to “breathe life” into our scripts and characters, transforming written ideas into fully-produced videos through a complete AI-powered workflow from image generation to motion creation to final edit.

Responsibilities:

• AI Visual Creation: Generate scene backgrounds, environments, and visual assets using Midjourney and Google Nano Banana based on provided scripts and pre-existing character designs. Ensure every visual aligns with the story’s tone and brand identity.
• AI Motion Generation: Use VEO 3 (or equivalent AI video tools) to bring static images to life with natural, cinematic motion that serves the narrative.
• Video Production & Editing: Assemble final videos in Adobe Premiere Pro — syncing footage to voice-over, crafting smooth transitions, layering background music, and adding sound effects to deliver polished, engaging content.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Scriptwriting and Content Creative team to ensure visual consistency, messaging, and aesthetic direction.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage AI-generated assets, raw clips, and project files neatly for easy retrieval and reuse across projects.
• Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose novel visual concepts, new AI techniques, or stylistic approaches that push the brand forward.
• Performance Monitoring: Listen to feedback regarding video performance (views, watch time, engagement) to continuously improve quality and refine the AI workflow.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Video Editor, AI Video Creator, or equivalent role (Freshers are welcome if possessing an impressive Portfolio of AI-generated video work).
• AI Tool Proficiency:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Midjourney and Google Nano Banana — skilled at prompt engineering to produce precise, on-brand visuals.
  • Proven ability to use VEO 3 (or equivalent tools like Runway, Kling, Sora) to create believable motion from still images.
• Editing Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — including cutting, voice-over syncing, transitions, color correction basics, and audio mixing. After Effects knowledge is a significant plus.
• Aesthetic Sense: Strong taste regarding composition, color, typography, pacing, and sound design.
• Platform Knowledge: Clear understanding of video specs and viewer behavior across [TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, or other target platforms].
• Attitude: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, ability to handle deadline pressure, and proactive in keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI video landscape.

• Compensation: Base salary 8 – 12 million VND + project/KPI-based bonus (attractive income based on competency).

Working Hours & Salary

• Workdays: Monday – Saturday (Saturday: morning only).
• Working hours: 8:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:00.

• Work location Da Lat: 62 Tran Thai Tong, Phuong Xuan Huong – Da Lat.
