LalaZodiac: AI Video & Image Creator

LalaZodiac is looking for a creative and AI-savvy Video & Image Creator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can harness the latest generative AI tools to produce high-quality visual content at scale, both moving and still.

In this role, you will be the one to “breathe life” into our scripts and characters, transforming written ideas into fully-produced videos, social images, and infographics through a complete AI-powered workflow: from image generation, to motion creation, to final edit and layout.

Responsibilities:

• AI Visual Creation Generate scene backgrounds, environments, and visual assets using Midjourney and Google Nano Banana based on provided scripts and pre-existing character designs. Ensure every visual aligns with the story’s tone and brand identity.
• AI Motion Generation Use VEO 3 (or equivalent AI video tools) to bring static images to life with natural, cinematic motion that serves the narrative.
• Video Production & Editing: Assemble final videos in Adobe Premiere Pro: syncing footage to voice-over, crafting smooth transitions, layering background music, and adding sound effects to deliver polished, engaging content.
• AI Image Creation for Social & Editorial Produce standalone still images using AI tools for social posts.
• Creative Contribution Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose novel visual concepts, new AI techniques, or stylistic approaches that push the brand forward.
• Performance Monitoring Listen to feedback regarding content performance (views, watch time, saves, shares, engagement) to continuously improve quality and refine the AI workflow for both video and image output.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Video Editor, AI Video Creator, Graphic Designer, or equivalent role. Freshers are welcome if they have an impressive portfolio of AI-generated video and image work.
• AI Tool Proficiency:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Midjourney and Google Nano Banana, skilled at prompt engineering to produce precise, on-brand visuals.
  • Proven ability to use VEO 3 (or equivalent tools like Runway, Kling, Sora) to create believable motion from still images.
• Editing Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including cutting, voice-over syncing, transitions, and audio mixing.
• Design Skills: Working knowledge of at least one design tool (Photoshop or Canva Pro) for layout, text treatment, and infographic assembly. Ability to build and follow a template system so output stays consistent at volume.
• Aesthetic Sense: Strong taste regarding composition, color, typography, pacing, information hierarchy, and sound design.
• Platform Knowledge: Clear understanding of video specs and viewer behavior across [TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, or other target platforms].
• Attitude: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, ability to handle deadline pressure, and proactive in keeping up with the rapidly evolving AI visual landscape.

• Compensation: Base salary 8 – 12 million VND + project/KPI-based bonus (attractive income based on competency).

Working Hours & Salary

• Workdays: Monday – Saturday (Saturday: morning only).
• Working hours: 8:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:00.
