LalaZodiac is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Editor to join our growing team in beautiful Da Lat City.

In this role, you will be the one to “breathe life” into our content, transforming ideas and raw scripts into engaging videos that amplify the LalaZodiac brand and build a loyal community across multiple platforms. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your aesthetic sense and execution speed are the keys to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Video Production & Editing: Directly edit short-form videos (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) and long-form videos (YouTube) based on scripts. Ensure videos are eye-catching and capable of retaining viewers.
  • Content Optimization: Add effects, text, transitions, and music (sound design) that align with current trends and LalaZodiac’s brand identity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Editor and Content Creative team to ensure visual consistency, messaging, and aesthetics.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage raw footage and project files neatly for easy retrieval when needed.
  • Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to propose novel, viral video concepts or interactive video mini-games.
  • Performance Monitoring: Listen to feedback from the Social team regarding video performance (views, watch time) to continuously improve editing quality..

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Video Editor or equivalent (Freshers are welcome if possessing an impressive Portfolio or excellent personal projects).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a huge plus.
    • Strong ability to use quick editing tools (CapCut, Canva) to produce urgent trending videos.
  • Aesthetic Sense: Good aesthetic taste regarding layout, color (basic grading), typography, and pacing in videos.
  • Platform Knowledge: Clear understanding of video specs, algorithms, and viewer behavior on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
  • Tech/AI Skills: Ability to apply AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Photoshop AI, AI Voice/Video tools, etc.) to support ideation, image creation, or quick post-production is a significant advantage.
  • Attitude: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, ability to handle deadline pressure, and proactive in updating the latest editing trends.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Base salary 8 – 12 million VND + KPI-based bonus (Attractive income based on competency).

    • Annual salary review every 12 months (possibility of ad-hoc increases for outstanding contributions).
    • 13th-month salary + Tet bonus.

Working Hours & Salary

  • Base salary: 8–12 million VND + KPI-based bonus.
  • Workdays: Monday – Saturday.
  • Working hours: 8:00 – 11:30 & 13:00 – 17:00.
  • Work location: 62 Tran Thai Tong, Ward 10, Da Lat, Lam Dong.
