LalaZodiac is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Editor to join our growing team in beautiful Da Lat City. Reporting directly to the Editor of Lalazodiac.com, this role is all about amplifying our brand voice, boosting traffic, and cultivating a loyal, engaged community across multiple social platforms.

As our Social Media Editor, you’ll craft strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance to drive growth. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and stay ahead of trends will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the posting schedule to ensure content is updated on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Create engaging captions and copy that follow trends and resonate with the target audience. Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual and written content are consistent and aesthetically aligned.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns across social channels (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
  • Engage with users, respond to comments and inbox messages in the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Propose viral ideas, mini-games, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Social Media (freshers are welcome but must provide an impressive writing portfolio or personal projects).
  • Strong content writing skills with creative language, quick trend-spotting ability, and understanding of user psychology.
  • Basic knowledge of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior on social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to use Canva, CapCut, or other basic photo/video editing tools is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with experience running mini-games, building online communities, or managing successful personal social media channels.
  • Strategic thinking, trend-savvy mindset, and strong teamwork spirit.

Working Hours & Salary

  • Base salary: 7–10 million VND + KPI-based bonus.
  • Workdays: Monday – Saturday.
  • Working hours: 8:00 – 11:30 & 13:30 – 17:00.
  • Work location: 62 Tran Thai Tong, Ward 10, Da Lat, Lam Dong.
